Even though the Sonic tier offers unlimited AI access, we have some usage limits due to abuse prevention that are extremely generous and 99.9% of users would never reach them. These limits are only for verification if the user follows the guidelines, for security reasons, and we will resume usage after verification. These abuse prevention limits are:
Note: If you are not a superhuman that studies 24 hours non-stop, these limits are unreachable under normal usage. These limits only trigger if there is abuse, but we'll resume normal access if the activity is verified as legitimate educational use.
All file uploads are subject to a maximum of 50MB per individual file due to AI processing constraints. This limit applies to both Free and Sonic tiers and cannot be exceeded regardless of your subscription level.
Files exceeding 50MB will be automatically rejected during upload. Please ensure your files are within this limit before attempting to upload.
